Which vaccinations do you require?
We require all pets to be vaccinated against rabies and strongly recommend our clients get the bordatella vaccine. This ensures the safety of our employees and our clients!
How long does an appointment take?
Grooming takes between 1-5 hrs depending on size, temperament, and condition of the pet. Each pet responds differently to the grooming process and we do not rush the animals. Decompression times makes all the difference! Please expect to drop off your pet for their visit and we will notify you as soon as your pet is ready.
What forms of payment to you accept?
We accept cash and most major credit/debit cards.

What age should I start getting my puppy groomed?
ASAP - Take advantage of our Puppy Experiences as often as possible until 5 months of age.
